About the job

As the Sales Operation Excellence at Qualifio, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing all aspects of revenue operations to maximize efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data-driven insights, and implement best practices to ensure our revenue processes are optimized. You will be acting as a strategic and trusted advisor and work closely with our CRO, Antonio Molina Cubero.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Strategy Support & Development: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop and implement revenue growth strategies. This includes creating pricing models, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Sales Operations Management: The role involves overseeing the Sales Operations team, providing leadership and guidance to optimize the sales process, ensure accurate sales forecasting, and streamline lead-to-revenue conversion.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools and CRM systems to generate actionable insights, KPI dashboards, and reports that inform decision-making and drive revenue growth.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve revenue processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency.

  • Customer Success Alignment: Foster alignment between the Sales and Customer Success teams to enhance customer lifetime value. This can be achieved through upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.

  • Technology Management: Supervise the revenue-related technologies (Hubspot, Planhat) and ensure they are effectively utilized across departments.

  • Forecasting and Budgeting support: Work closely with Finance and CRO to develop revenue forecasts, track performance against targets, and manage budgets related to revenue operations.

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools (HubSpot, PlanHat).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of SaaS and understanding of revenue growth drivers.
