(SDR) Sale Developement Representative in Alternance @ Efficy in Paris

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual who is studying and is looking to do an Alternance to start their career in sales.

As a Junior SDR, you can develop your skills and experience by joining our SDR Academy!

We offer comprehensive training and introduction to Efficy, our company and our values.

You will integrate with our SDR team and get to know the role of everyone to gain a full understanding of how the whole sales team works.

During the first few months, you will work closely with your team leader, Emil, to get to grips with your tasks in the best possible way. You will shadow experienced team members and learn about the features of our products, different types of leads and how to prepare effective sales presentations.

After gaining basic knowledge and experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for managing your own lead flow and conducting prospecting campaigns. You will also have the opportunity to work with more complex and strategic leads to strengthen your sales skills.
