Efficy is now looking for a Security Lead Engineer to define security processes and enforcements (DRP tests, Pen tests organization, training for staff, …), actively participate to the ISO 27001 certification and takes the lead of the security at Efficy as a whole.

Your Mission

As Security Lead, you have an important role to play for our customers and within our own teams. You will report to the Head of Cloud.

• Educating colleagues about security software and best practices for information security
• Actively participate to ISO 27001 certification
• Identifying vulnerabilities in our current network
• Performing penetration tests to find any flaws
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure our computing network
• Monitoring network usage to ensure compliance with security policies
• Keeping up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats
• Collaborating with management and the IT & Cloud department to improve security
• Documenting any security breaches and assessing their damage.
• Line management of contracts associated with security stake.
• Provide ‘technical authority’ for Efficy pre-sales proposals.

Your profile

• Master Degree in Computer Science or a technology-related field or equivalent
• Experience as an information security officer position or as a cloud engineer, project manager, or any job related to IT Security
• Solid understanding on the current threat landscape and the security technologies used to counter those threats.
• Appetite for process, documentation and security frameworks such as IS0 27001
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security measures
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Professional information security certification is a plus
