We are looking for:


A seasoned Business Developer to find, develop and manage client relationship and revenue strategies. You will be working in close collaboration with Keyrock’s sales, marketing and trading teams to structure the necessary processes to ensure the efficient management of the sales pipeline.

Job description

  • Build and grow a dynamic client pipeline, driving Keyrock’s Business Development process

  • Manage and ensure proper reporting structure, both internally and towards clients

  • Work closely with the Head of Commercial Strategy, other Sales Executives, Product and Marketing teams

  • Support sales team with the day to day management of the customer relationship

  • Support marketing campaigns, and helping with activities such as client days, conferences and events

Background and experience

  • Education: studies in Business, finance, engineering, data science, econometrics or similar

  • Passion for and/or knowledge of trading

  • Minimum of 10 years experience with a successful track record of B2B Sales in Crypto and/or finance related environments

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as being able to explain concepts and user stories with confidence

  • Natural storytelling ability, to weave a narrative of Keyrock’s solutions into a client’s daily life

Competences and personality

  • Self-motivated and organized with a personal commitment to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Capacity to synthesize and organize information

  • Languages: fluent in English (oral & written)
