As a Product Owner at DESelect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and evolution of our platforms.
You’ll be responsible for gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints.
You’ll also be an engaging sparring partner for our Engineering Manager, with the overall aim to set up our engineering team to be even more agile and ideally positioned to scale.
Tasks
- Clearly communicate progress, priorities, and future plans across teams and externally with users, and customers.
- Collaborate with our CTO and Engineering Manager to set up an agile environment.
- Take new initiatives from ideation to customer validation, prototyping, and production.
- Help shape the short and long-term roadmap of the product.
- Set sprint goals.
- Plan releases and upgrades.
- Maintain and create new processes to measure feature adoption.
- Lead engineers within relevant missions or squads.
- Prior experience as a product owner within SaaS and/or B2B products (preferabbly enjoying a lifecyle from early stage to later investment rounds).
- Understanding of modern product development teams (i.e. squads, tribes, mission frameworks,…).
- Proven track record collaborating with cross functional teams.
- Experience with marketing automation software is a plus.
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of a product development lifecycle.
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies (knowledge of SQL preferred)
