Job Description:

In order to sustain our rapid growth and scale our operations to the next level, we are looking for experienced highly motivated Javascript engineers join our core engineering team. You will be part of a fast growing engineering group and will play a key role in the development of our SaaS platform, the development of public APIs, integrations with partners and collaborating with our AI team.  We are open to both locally based candidates or fully remote candidates within the EU/UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to high-level design & architecture of key services in our core product.
  • Take ownership over several components in our microservices architecture.
  • Work together with the team to break down complex requirements into manageable deliverables.
  • Work together with other team members towards technical excellence, learning new technologies and adopting best practices.
  • Contribute to a modern software delivery process that improves or maintains platform stability, scalability and performance.
  • Improve existing applications as well as build new applications from the ground up.
  • Interact closely with other teams to identify and manage dependencies
  • Create scalable & clean architectures to open our codebase to Greenomy spin-offs in other countries.
  • Support Greenomy spin-offs in implementing those architectures.

    The ideal candidate:

    • Has 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer in a leading role.
    • Has experience building web applications and apis with Typescript, Node.js, Nest.js, React, GraphQL, MongoDB and AWS.
    • Is knowledgeable about web security principles and guidelines.
    • Has a focus on code quality, best practices, maintainability, documentation etc.
    • Is passionate about working in a fast moving, agile & product-oriented organization.
    • Is a team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
    • Has an entrepreneurial, problem-solving and results-oriented mindset.
    • Can speak English or French fluently – additional European languages are considered an advantage.
