We are looking for:

Keyrocks future growth is highly dependent on the quality of our ecosystem. We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to identify, onboard, and manage our strategic partners.

Job description:

  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant Crypto projects, VCs and other important ecosystem players

  • Help grow our core crypto market making business

  • Grow partner relationships with exchanges, custodians, lenders and other service providers

  • Develop structured Partnership development plan and process, with varying timelines, and work with Sales and Marketing teams to execute the plan

  • Together with the Sales and Marketing teams, keep track of key launches and news in the Crypto ecosystem, to proactively identify cooperation and business development opportunities

Background and Experience:

  • Several years experience supporting partners and/or customers in the areas of Software, FinTech or blockchain/cryptocurrency

  • Proven experience in business and strategic development

  • Ability to effectively interact with the C-suite, founders and leaders

  • Demonstrable understanding of multi-stakeholder management in complex environments

  • Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and confidence among customers, suppliers, partners and colleagues

  • Experience in development and launch of modern, complex business solutions involving innovative technology and B2B relationships

  • A strong sense of ownership and empathetic attitude

  • Out-of-the-box thinker, client advocate – a doer, not a just a thinker
