Job requirements

As a Strategy Intern, you will join our Growth Team where you will be exposed to different aspects of our organisation and will have the chance to learn from experienced professionals in the field. This student job will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain insight into the industry and enhance your professional skills.


What will you do?

You will have a broad range of responsibilities. Some examples include amongst others:

  • Analysing operating model aspects (Processes, Technology, Governance, …) and defining optimization opportunities.

  • Translating optimization initiatives into execution roadmaps and following up on implementation

  • Building business and financial models, allowing to analyse and define the overall future strategic direction of the company

  • Supporting in Financial Analysis and investor due diligence

  • Supporting in strategic company wide communications and change management

Who are you? 

  • You are a first or second year master student within an economic field of study (e.g. Business Engineering, Business Economics, …)

  • You are dynamic and proactive person

  • You are eager to learn and an analytical thinker

  • You can work independently while also being a team player

  • You are a problem solver, and can define and execute pragmatic approaches

  • You have proficient knowledge of English, in addition to Dutch as a native language

  • You are available for at least 3 days a week

  • Experience with business/ financial models is considered a plus

  • Having done extra curricular activities or prior related internships is considered a plus
