Dedicated to hiring the best talent and delivering a stellar candidate experience to all candidates, we are looking for a Talent Partner to join our pack and have a direct impact on our growth as we continue to scale internationally.

Your impact

• Owning the hiring process end-to-end and delivering the best candidate experience for all talents.

• Taking ownership of the candidate life cycle, from attracting brilliant candidates from LinkedIn and other channels, to onboard new people to our Wolfpack and a lot of new recruitment initiatives and projects to work on.

• Working cross-functional, with the different team leads in the organisation to frame hiring plans and build job descriptions

• Using your creativity to further improve our employer brand.

• Becoming an expert user of our ATS system (Recruitee), using data to track performance and suggest improvements.

• Creating pipelines for immediate vacancies and talent-pooling for the future.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has experience working in a fast-paced environment with (international) talent acquisition.

• Is an active listener and good storyteller, loves connecting with people and building long-lasting relationships

• Is hands-on and proactive

• Is passionate about people, culture and finding stellar talent and keeps up with the latest HR trends
