Your role

As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization’s growth by identifying and acquiring top talent. You’ll be responsible for putting our brand and name in the market and ensure that we attract the right talent that contributes to our success.

Your responsibilities

• You are in constant dialogue with our target hiring markets acting upon hiring trends and market availability.
• You contribute to our employer brand by writing attractive posts in various channels.
• You leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of our strategy & drive operational excellence to support the team’s rapid growth.
• You contribute to the innovation of our recruitment process.
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates across our markets.
• Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
