Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Technical Aftercare Expert that can take full responsibility over the technical aspect of managing a fleet of x000 cars. You have a strong affinity for automotive technology (both ICE cars and EVs), gave a customer-centric mindset and know how to manage the MRT-relevant partnerships in a leasing company (Renta Solutions, tire centers, independent maintenance providers, …). Autonomy, ownership and proactivity will be needed to succeed in this role. In a next phase, you will get the opportunity to scale this department by building your team.

‍♀️ About you

Technical automotive knowledge: You know how vehicles work under the hood and you can challenge repair and maintenance bills that are presented to you.

Customer oriented: Next to running a tight ship, you get joy from bringing a smile on customers faces.

Leasing experience: You are familiar with the Belgian maintenance and tire networks (benefits, ways of working, pricing, …) and how they interact with leasing companies (Renta Solutions)

Hands-on: You dive straight in into issues and opportunities and take full ownership to push things through completion.

Highly organized: You have the ability to see simplicity in chaos and you can translate important steps into relevant KPIs.

Owner, not a renter: You take full responsibility on issues that enter your path, and you are excited to call the shots.

Extremely strong communicator: Your written and verbal communication (preferably in both Dutch & French) is to the point and reflects the customer love we carry at heart.


    Your mission at LIZY

    Improve our aftercare NPS after delivery by setting up scalable processes, weighing in on MRT (maintenance, repair & tire) policies, and leveraging your customer insights with our Product (IT) team.


    Take full ownership of our interactions with Renta Solutions, ranging from configurations, automated approvals, interactions with our LIZY product, cost monitoring, …


    Jump in with our Customer Success team in the first months to support on more generalist topics to get a 360 view on the post-delivery customer journey


    Take ownership on improving our MRT network set-up together with the Operations Manager Belgium: costs optimization, service improvement initiatives, customer steering, kick-back negotiations and follow-up, elimination of certain locations, …


    Dive deep on the complex technical issues that occur in our fleet and determine the right course of action together with our MRT network and other stakeholders of the LIZY ecosystem.
