In our pursuit of excellence and to further support our growth, we are seeking a talented Technical Support Officer to join our dedicated support team. This role is tailored towards individuals with a technical background, focusing on providing comprehensive support from a technical perspective, including key responsibilities such as data management and template customization.
In this role, you’ll…
✅ Serving as the primary technical contact for our clients, offering expert assistance.
✅ Managing the technical helpdesk for our clients across the UK, Belgium, Ireland, and the Netherlands.
✅ Effectively communicating and educating clients on new product features through our helpdesk portal.
✅ Collaborating on the creation of onboarding tools, including product demos, tutorials, and crafting technical FAQs.
✅ Uploading master data such as driver and vehicle information into the Qargo system.
✅ Adapting PDF and email templates to meet specific client requirements.
✅ Setting up Excel/CSV imports and creating the necessary mappings to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
Your Profile
✅ In-depth understanding and knowledge of transportation concepts.
✅ Fluent in Excel.
✅ Knowledge of scripting/programming is a plus.
✅ Fluent proficiency in English and Dutch. Good knowledge of French earns you bonus points.
✅ Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to navigate software systems effectively.
✅ Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills.
✅ Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks with precision and punctuality.
✅ Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced startup environment.
