As Technical Support Specialist your daily ambition is to maximise Customer Satisfaction. You have the right technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, in-depth knowledge of customer support, and an understanding of the behaviours that lead customers to ask for assistance.

Job requirements

What will you do?

  • Engage in daily communication via phone, chat, and email with partners and external customers.

  • Proficiently assess each ticket received, escalate as necessary and resolve any technical issues with the customers.

  • Handle high impact incidents or customer complaints in a considerate and competent manner by making sure all questions are answered concisely without leaving any open ends.

  • Identify and report any odd patterns in the issues, incidents, or customer behaviour by analysing the support tickets.

  • As necessary, deliver training to the internal and external stakeholders.

  • Build strong connections with the engineering and product teams, and coordinate with all resources to guarantee on-time delivery of platform fixes.

  • Support the partners and external customers during deployments and platform upgrades

  • Drive customer happiness metrics for satisfaction and loyalty

  • Report regularly to the Head of Customer Success

Who are you?

  • Knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes

  • Python knowledge, such as the ability to read and comprehend code

  • Ability to recognize and troubleshoot known as well as unknown issues

  • Ability to follow up and ask the right questions to the partners and external customers to get a thorough picture of the stated issue or problem

  • Excellent time management skills, careful attention to detail, and have a remarkable ability to follow through in an organised and effective way

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch – both written and oral – and strong ability to truly listen to our customers to identify their real needs.
