Your mission
Due to the growth of the company, Intigriti is looking for its first dedicated Threat Detection Engineer to work on our Security Operations Centre (SoC). As a Threat Detection Engineer, you’ll be a part of the Intigriti Security team and report to the Head of Security. If tackling complex security threats and scenarios using tools that make sense excite you, this position is for you.

We’re looking for a passionate individual who will build preventative and detection controls for today’s cyber threats which target Intigriti infrastructure, data and employees. The person should be able to analyze the current security posture, derive potential threats and implement mitigation controls such as detection rules or changed/new processes.

What you’ll be doing
  • Assess the company threat landscape using MITRE ATT&CK and MITRE D3FEND.
  • Run day to day operations for the Intigriti SoC.
  • Connect new log sources into our SIEM.
  • Write new or improve detections for our SIEM.
  • Triage and respond to SoC alerts and incidents.
What you’ll bring
  • Understanding of cybersecurity threats and solutions.
  • Basic understanding on how a SoC works.
  • Basic programming experience in any reputable programming language.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
