What is the job?
Kpler is growing fast!  We are looking for an outstanding individual who will bring their marketing insight and experience to help us get to the next level. You will be tasked to design, build and then scale Kpler’s Marketing organization to support the delivery of Kpler’s strategic goals. 
In this role, we will trust you to:
•Be responsible for optimizing our marketing department delivers outstanding results
•Designing and executing a marketing strategy worldwide
•Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
•Building brand awareness and generating innovative ideas to promote the brand/product, working closely with the product and data teams to communicate the right value to our customers
•Set up and execute a performance marketing strategy that drives growth through lead generation, conversion, and brand awareness 
•Develop an account-based marketing program working closely with Sales to identify the target accounts, build customized campaigns to improve conversion rates, and move those accounts forward
•Carry out data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics, including segmentation and international engagement.
•Setting up a marketing budget whilst monitoring various marketing campaigns and adjusting them to generate a high return on investment
You are or have:
•10+ years of marketing experience with SaaS or Data & Analytic businesses that meet businesses needs
•A collaborative attitude to work closely with our Product, Sales and Business Development teams to ensure alignment across divisions
•A data-driven approach to marketing and strong attention to detail
•Track record of building and driving successful marketing programmes, strategies, plans and delivering results 
•Capacity to perform in a fast-growth environment
•Previous leadership and team-building experience
•Experience in the financial, energy, or trading sectors is a plus
•A successful candidate should have broad experiences in both brand and performance marketing to understand how to deploy resources in each effectively.
