The Job

Nodalview currently supports over 10,000 agents in 30 countries, with an international team of 70+ employees from 10 different nationalities, and is backed by premium investors in Ghent, London, and Madrid.We’re seeking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Customer Success department at Nodalview! As a Customer Service Intern, you’ll work directly with our international team, engaging with customers and providing assistance in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. If you’re an adaptive self-starter with strong communication and writing skills, we welcome you to join our team!

Curious to see what your day-to-day will look like?

  • Advise and guide our customers through the use of Nodalview.
  • Proactively identify customers that might be experiencing problems and reach out to them to help, even before they come to us!
  • Participate in the knowledge base growth by writing, reviewing, updating, and potentially translating knowledge base articles.
  • Transfer customer feedbacks to the product team to add improvements and new feature requests to our solution that would delight our customers even more!
  • Participate in building the Nodalview customer experience strategy.

Preferred experience

Who are we looking for?

  • Masters level and above (End of study internship, Gap year internship)
  • You are fluent in French and English (both spoken and written).
  • Efficiency and goal-focus is your second nature
  • You can communicate well with others
  • You have strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset
  • You take initiative and you’re a fast learner.
  • You like working in a techy environment.
  • You have to do an internship of a minimum of 4 months.
  • You genuinely care about helping others with empathy
  • You have a valid EU work permit
  • You are currently enrolled in school and can provide an internship agreement
  • START DATE: January 2024
