Your mission

The mission of the finance and administration manager is to play a key role in our day-to-day operations including accounting, finance and administration. You will work closely and report with management and all team members.

How you will contribute?

  • Take the lead in preparing our monthly budget reports, compiling financial reports for the team and and external investors, and monitoring cashflow.
  • Ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior management with business decisions.
  • Follow up finances: in and out invoicing, bank accounts, relation with external accountants to process invoices, prepare and track payments, update internal financial data.
  • Assist with payroll, budgeting and quarterly VAT closing.
  • Contribute to the annual financial audit.
  • Helping to implement strong internal processes and controls to automate and improve teh finance function.


  • You’re an excel expert, you can build-up financial models;
  • You have at least a bachelor degree;
  • You have a proven experience in accounting or financial management.
  • You ideally have a proven experience working un the finance function of a fast-paced, high-growth business;
  • You have outstanding interpersonal, organizational and communication skills;
  • You are rigoristic and keen eye for details in your work;
  • You have an inquisitive mind and are eager to learn;
  • You are independent, adaptable, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You are Fluent in English and at least French or Dutch;
