Your mission

Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will be the “go-to” person for driving business insight and understanding, with responsibilities including financial planning and forecasting, reporting and analysis. This will include establishing and delivering routine reporting of financial results and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and everything from key Saas metrics for our investors to internal headcount forecasting and departmental budgeting. Next to that you’re also expected involvement into weekly and month end tasks.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate excellent analytical and systems skills (Excel, Xero a bonus), a strong grasp of commercial and business operations and their implications on financial performance, very good presentational skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations across the organization.

What you’ll be doing
  • Create accurate, transparent, and timely financial reporting and analysis to support leadership in decision making process; clearly articulate financial implications of business decisions and provide retrospective analysis as well as drive forward looking actions.

  • Co-ordinate short- and long-range planning cycles across the whole of Intigriti, challenging outputs, assessing risks/opportunities, and ensuring that a holistic view is provided to business leaders.

  • Communicate and review a relevant and impactful set of financial metrics designed to support evaluation of commercial financial performance.

  • Proactively engage and challenge business unit and global functional leadership to achieve financial and business goals and work closely with them to meet financial goals and influence financially sound decision making.

  • Analysis & Problem Solving: Ensure data accuracy and integrity and conduct detailed analysis to solve problems and provide recommendations and insights.

  • Consider the big picture, including all stakeholders, and look beyond the obvious to anticipate problems and data needs and proactively find solutions.

  • Financial Acumen & Control: Possess and apply financial accounting and reporting knowledge, policies and procedures.

  • Uphold all company and regulatory policies, compliance standards and controls to protect business integrity.

  • Drive for Results: Proactively identify and inform stakeholders about opportunities and risks to improve efficiency and profitability.

  • Conduct crucial and challenging conversations to protect profitability and ethics.

  • Trains organization on FP&A related process and solutions.

  • Customer Focused Leadership: Understand and regularly assess the needs of internal and/or external customers.

  • Ad-hoc projects as directed by the Head of Finance.

What you’ll bring
  • You are a Qualified Accountant (i.e. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

  • Degree or equivalent desirable but not essential

  • Experience or understanding of a fast growing, medium/small company environment within the Tech sector

  • Demonstrated experience in driving forecast and budget processes as well as building and challenging financial models

  • Excellent Excel and presentational skills

  • Knowledge and experience of month-end and management reporting

  • Experience with Xero and database products and/or CRM tools (Salesforce.com) would be a plus

  • Ability to build excellent business relationships, based on trust and mutual respect

  • Demonstratable ability to apply critical thinking to problems and tasks, with a natural inquisitiveness to look at data differently and drive insight

  • Shows initiative and self-confidence, is adaptable and is able to cope with changing and evolving priorities

  • Proactively participates in skills improvement training and encourages their teams to participate

  • A self-starter and able to work under own initiative

  • Takes ownership and responsibility
