Job description

With a recent funding round from Insight Partners and impressive yearly revenue growth, Lansweeper is rapidly expanding our Global team. We are looking for an Accounting Transactional Analyst in the Austin, TX office to make our finance & accounting process easier for ourselves and our customers. The Accounting Transactional Analyst will focus on transactional processes, document preparation, and account reconciliations.

This position will be a temporary hybrid position reporting in Austin, TX.

What a day will look like for you:

  • Accounts Payable entering and coding invoices in system 
  • Accounts Receivable review and process invoices 
  • Apply payments and follow up with aging customers
  • Month end account reconciliations and closing journal entries
  • Process and enter expense reports
  • Process daily bank records
  • Document preparation
  • Update and support customer documentation requests
  • Gather and process mail
  • Process documentation and improvements 

Job requirements

Are you the new Accounting Transactional Analyst at Lansweeper?

I am someone who:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or related field preferred 
  • 2-4 years of Accounting/Finance experience 
  • NetSuite and QuickBooks experience is a plus 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and strong computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficiency in English
