In this role, you’ll…
✅ Develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models for document processing, aimed at enhancing the automation of administrative workflows within our TMS.
✅ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand domain-specific challenges.
✅ Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to extract, classify, and organize data from unstructured documents, thereby contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our platform.
✅ Work on data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering to ensure the highest quality of input for training and deploying machine learning models.
✅ Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning and document processing, and integrate these findings into our technology stack.
✅ Contribute to the overall architecture and design discussions, leveraging your expertise in machine learning to drive innovation and improvements.
Your Profile
✅ A degree in Computer Science engineering, or relevant industry experience.
✅ A strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a focus on document processing, NLP, and related areas.
✅ Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in machine learning such as Python, along with experience working with relevant libraries and technologies (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face, scikit-learn, Pandas).
✅ Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications, especially related to document processing, text classification, entity recognition, and information extraction.
✅ Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering, ensuring that models are trained on high-quality and relevant data.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced start-up environment.
✅ Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.
✅ A passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, and an eagerness to apply these innovations to real-world challenges in the transportation industry.
