About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Controller to join our finance team. As a Business Controller, you will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and strategy implementation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing business.
What you’ll do
  • Develop, maintain and implement financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide advice and suggestions to the management team
  • Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of different projects
  • Examine differences in costs and suggest ways to spend more efficiently
  • Prepare regular management reports for board
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations
About you
  • +4 years experience as a Business Controller or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting and business control, preferably in a high-growth environment
  • Fluent in English and fluent in Dutch and/or French
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and financial regulations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
