Business Systems Manager @ Kpler in Athens

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team in optimizing and integrating CRM, ERP, lead management, and finance technology systems to align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for our business systems.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the resources and direction needed to succeed.
• Manage the delivery of new system implementations and enhancements, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain the quality and reliability of our business systems, conducting regular assessments and implementing improvements as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure team members have the necessary training and support to effectively utilize our business systems.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business systems, with expertise in CRM, ERP, lead management, and finance technology is required.
• Proficiency in technical languages and frameworks relevant to our systems landscape is required. PHP experience is a huge plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders is required.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership is required.
• Familiarity with APEX programming language and experience in system design and development is desired.
