Your mission
We are looking for a first-level Community Support Engineer, to join the Intigriti Community team, supporting our community of over 70,000 ethical hackers!

As Community Support Engineer you will be the first point of contact for platform users with questions, problems or praise related to Intigriti’s products or services. As the first point of contact for Intigriti community members or clients, you radiate our mission and vision and strive for an excellent customer support experience. You will pro-actively suggest and implement potential improvements that help us scale our personal and solution-oriented support services with our growing customers and community members. You will be working in a small, remote-first support team part of a bigger community team with daily catch-ups and occasional in-person meet-ups.

What you’ll be doing
  • Answering and troubleshooting support queries by community members and customers.

  • Monitoring all feedback and communication channels.

  • Ensuring swift and efficient case resolution through frequent follow-ups and check-ins.

  • Documenting and updating frequently asked questions and knowledge database resources.

  • Executing administrative tasks related to payments, sanction lists checks, platform suspensions and user accounts.

What you’ll bring
  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in client- or community facing support environments.

  • Others describe you as a people-oriented, positive, patient and friendly person.

  • You possess problem solving skills, ability to resolve low-level technical issues that can be solved by reading public or internal documentation or resources.

  • You have an excellent command of the English language, and can write in a fluent manner with a professional tone-of-voice that is adapted to the audience.

  • You have the discipline to strictly meet SLA’s, anticipate and escalate in the event of potential problems.

  • Experience with community management, customer service or success management is a plus, as well as experience with a ticketing or business chat system.
