A large part of the value we deliver originates from the diverse and complex customer data we work with, and we’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our customer-focused engineering team. In this role, you will dig deep into enterprise datasets, will build scalable approaches to derive valuable insights and will take part in the prototyping of new product features. Working closely with the Product and Customer Solutions team, you can impact both projects for specific customers and product development tracks affecting our entire customer base.

Your Impact

Our Customer Work team, responsible for prototyping and customer-focused engineering work, is the key to our process for discovering and delivering new value from skills data. As a Data Scientist, you apply our product together with novel techniques to get the very best out of the data our customers trust us with.

You will have an opportunity to

We’re looking for someone who

• has a Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science

• has 1-3 years of professional experience in a data, business analysis, or software engineering role

• has experience with Python and a keen interest in AI

• has both a strong customer and data mindset

• is driven and focused on delivering high-quality results and outcomes

• loves solving open-ended business problems using a combination of technology and creative thinking

• likes to work in a rapidly changing environment

• has a growth mindset and wants to learn
