This is a permanent position, full-time, located in Ghent, Belgium. Office location: Zuiderpoort 10th floor, Gaston Crommenlaan 4 bus 410B, 9050 Ledeberg. Pozyx is always striving to improve, innovate and excel. We are looking for a project manager to become responsible for handling our company’s ongoing projects. Initially, the projects will involve external parties and as a Project Manager, you will coordinate the projects, monitor their progress and completion, and ensure that they meet the expectations, goals and deadlines. In a later stage, you will be working on internal projects and work closely with the hardware, firmware, software & algorithm teams to coordinate project progress and to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules remain on track.

Key responsibilities
‍

• You manage and steer internal and external projects

• You communicate with external companies from an early stage till project closure

• You define the project’s scope, timeline, resources, and budget

• You coordinate and align the different teams (internal and external)

• You prioritize tasks and keep track of the scope, timeline, resources, and budget

• You continuously guard over the overall quality

• You prepare and lead stage gates

• You initiate corrective actions and ensure proper escalation when needed

• You continuously mitigate project risks

• You report the project status to all relevant stakeholders
