What do we do?

Qualifio is the leading European first- and zero-party data collection platform, founded in 2011. Our product enables consumer brands to interact with and get to know their audience. The Qualifio platform includes 2 complementary SaaS modules:

  • Qualifio Engage allows them to generate engagement and capture data via quizzes, games, polls, contests and over 50 other interactive formats.

  • Qualifio Loyalty empowers them to reward and segment members with interaction-based programs that go beyond purchases.

Job requirements

The internship

The Customer Success Manager will help the CSM team with operational tasks to ensure that current Qualifio’s customers are successful and happy with the Qualifio platform and services.

As a CSM-intern you will join a team of 12 people divided into 2 squads, located in Louvain-La-Neuve (Belgium), Paris, Amsterdam & Madrid, with each squad focusing on a different customer segment. You will assist the entire team on cross-functional issues under the responsibility of the 2 team leads.

Here are some challenges you will work on by joining us


  • Help build the CSM methodology by attending CSM events and identifying industry best-practices;

  • Take part in the ongoing optimization of the CSM process;

  • Test and monitor usage & development of new playbooks, journeys and one-to-many approaches;

  • Develop the right balance between automation (low touch) and manual actions (high touch) depending on the context;

  • Identify growth opportunities and achieve up-selling revenue target;

  • Market analysis, monitoring and benchmarking.


  • Facilitate the successful onboarding of new customers in your portfolio and answer their day to day needs;

  • Creation of the communication mediums and inspiration sessions;

  • Make sure you analyse the global trends of the CSM’s portfolio to reduce churn.

Skills And Qualifications


  • You’ve got excellent communication and writing skills

  • You are fluent in French and English (we are an international company, this is our preferred language for communication)

  • Another language: /NL/DE/SP appreciated

  • Following a Bachelor or Master degree in business, marketing or communication


  • You are highly organized & rigorous

  • You’re data-driven, and always look at figures and statistics to improve processes and methodologies

  • Proactive, you don’t wait for things to come but anticipate. You don’t hesitate to share your opinion, to bring ideas and to implement them;

  • You’re a Team player: we’re building a strong international CSM team, and we’ve all got a role to play;
