We are excited to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your skills in email marketing, content creation, and customer engagement. As a Marketing and Content intern, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our email campaigns, creating valuable resources for our customers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Email Marketing Campaigns:

– Assist in the setup and execution of email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually appealing and engaging email templates.

– Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insightful recommendations for optimization.

– Conduct A/B testing to improve email open rates, click-through rates, and overall effectiveness.

2. Content Creation and Optimization:

– Create high-quality articles and customer resources, such as guides, tutorials, and FAQs.

– Optimize content to improve search engine visibility and user engagement.

– Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and informative graphics to complement the content.

3. Translation Management:

– Work closely with our international team to manage translation projects for different markets.

– Ensure that translated content maintains the same level of quality and accuracy as the original.

4. Customer Onboarding:

– Develop customer onboarding content, including welcome emails and guides, to enhance the customer experience.

– Analyze the onboarding process and propose improvements to streamline the customer journey.

5. Identify Customer Resource Needs:

– Collaborate with the product and sales teams to understand customer pain points and challenges.

– Use customer insights to identify content gaps and suggest new resource ideas that address customer needs effectively.

Requirements:

– Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

– Familiarity with email marketing platforms, preferably HubSpot is a bonus.

– Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

– Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies.

– Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Basic knowledge of analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
