 Context

Efficy is now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the internal and external activities for our product marketing. The role will put you in the center of Efficy working with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales with an exciting portfolio of products for CRM and Marketing Automation across Europe.

Your Mission

As Product Marketing Manager, you play a key role in communicating to the market the valuable benefits the Efficy product portfolio provides for our customers. Our products are used across Europe to help our customers succeed in marketing, sales, delivery, and support. We have high ambitions for the future and looking for the right person to help us become world-class in product marketing. The role reports to the Chief Product Officer

This is a new position and there is flexibility in defining the exact responsibilities, but the responsibilities will include:

· Lead product launch processes internally and externally

· Lead the process to elevate our value propositions, positioning, and messaging

· Be a key contributor in the Product team as the voice of the customer

· Capture, structure, and share market intelligence information

· Build and maintain a good overview of the competitive landscape

· Develop a set of relevant personas of users, and also of stakeholders in the buying process

Your Profile

· Minimum BSC or BA in marketing, communication, or similar

· 5+ years’ experience in Product Marketing in an IT company

· Experience in the Marketing Automation or CRM industry is a plus

· Strong oral and written English is a requirement

· To succeed it is important to have the ability to work well in teams, but also to be an individual contributor

· The job will require you to be able to take the lead and work independently, but you will have access to an organization with a lot of experience and know-how

· Desired skills: Project management, organized, strong communicator, analytical with the ability to prioritize and delegate

· We are looking for an enthusiastic member of our team to contribute to making work fun
