Your mission
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join us at Intigriti. You will be a key business partner to work with our Head of Revenue Operations and support our Global Sales and Marketing teams.

As a Revenue Operations Manager, your role will be to analyse current performance, work cross-functionally to implement strategic projects and deliver predictable revenue growth for the business. Such projects can include improvements to sales productivity, processes, data quality, tech implementation, reporting and collaborative initiatives.

You must have experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, with knowledge of the key metrics used to measure performance. However, your prior experience may be from a variety of backgrounds including Sales, Marketing, SDR or Customer Success teams.

You will be intellectually curious, data-driven, system savvy and comfortable leading multiple high-impact programs simultaneously. You will need to deal with unknowns and take initiative for finding simple, scalable solutions to complex problems. Equally, you will have superb analytical and communication skills, be a fast learner and keep focused on the job at hand.

Ideally, you should have a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, along with experience in managing integrations and supporting users. Experience with other systems is desirable, including Outreach, Zoom Info, Lusha, Gong, Planhat, HubSpot, Slack, Juro, and Kluster.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop, communicate and drive a clear project plan for existing and new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop workflows, and implement automation processes.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics using Salesforce and where applicable external dashboarding software such as Kluster for decision-making purposes.
  • Provide user support and training programs, collaborating with external consultants.
  • Administer and customize the Salesforce Enterprise Edition to meet the specific needs of various stakeholders form Sales / Marketing / Customer Success and Management.
  • Oversee data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce, including regular data cleansing and de-duplication efforts.
  • Support and enhance integration between the entire revenue tech stack, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Maintain knowledge base and documentation specific to the Salesforce implementation and the wider go-to-market tech stack.
What you’ll bring
  • Previous experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment required.
  • Salesforce Administrator certifications are highly desirable, ideally with a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security settings.
  • Proficient in data management, including data imports, exports, and data cleansing techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to provide user support and deliver training programs.
