Solution Engineer @ DESelect in United States Austin

As a solutions engineer, you’ll be part of our international sales team and you’ll support sales by developing and presenting product solutions to clients.
Our future solution engineer will be a key player who’ll leverage our product’s capabilities to get potential deals over the finish line for both new and current customers.
To be successful, you’ll work right alongside our account executives (and closely with our Product team) to create relevant proof of concepts (PoCs) for our prospects, and custom DESelect demos.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a DESelect and Salesforce Marketing cloud guru.
  • Support sales cycles by providing technical guidance and strategic insight.
  • Help build the most awesome product demos known to man.
  • Join discovery calls, research clients, and identify pain points.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, its capabilities, and its challenges.
  • Communicate product feedback to the product team, provide input into the product roadmap.
  • Support the marketing team whenever needed (i.e. creation of white papers, technical manuals, …).
  • 6+ years of experience in tech (SaaS preferred).
  • Prior experience in pre-sales.
  • Proven ability to orchestrate amazing product demonstrations.
  • Experience with the Salesforce Ecosystem (SFMC, SF CRM, Pardot,…).
  • Experience writing bids and/or proposals.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a big plus.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting, min. 3 office days per week – (future) Austinites preferred.
  • Open to domestic and international travel (events, customer visits, …).
