Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities are easily summarized as ‘making our customers successful on a technical level’. You operate across prospects, technology and implementation partners as well as customers. You explain Gorilla’s beautiful technical architecture towards technical counterparts and advocate best practices for integrating and configuring Gorilla. You advise our international clients on how Gorilla can be feasibly integrated in their IT landscape and provide feedback on the architectural design.

Your job starts with analyzing and understanding our prospect’s business, infrastructure and tech stack to define an integration roadmap between their ecosystem and Gorilla. Starting during the sales phase, all the way throughout the implementation of a project, you participate actively in workshops with different stakeholders. From start to finish, you translate technical project details into a language that both very technical and non-technical participants can understand. You effortlessly describe the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to all project stakeholders. Additionally, you know exactly what our clients need and thus what Gorilla needs to offer them.

By gathering all information from Gorilla’s stakeholders, you create technical documentation and diagrams and identify the necessary specs. Keeping all functional and nonfunctional requirements in mind, you determine the technical design and our integration game plan with a variety of tech stacks at our clients. You ensure that the overall architecture is maintained coherently throughout the project lifecycle. Though, always keeping system integrations and the product specifications in mind.

As a strong believer in co-creation and teamwork, you naturally do all of this in close collaboration with our colleagues.

Your role

• Work with customers to understand their business requirements and identify areas where our products and services can provide value.
• Design solutions using our products platform to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as product development and engineering, to ensure that solutions are aligned with Gorilla’s technology roadmap.
• Provide technical support and guidance to prospects, customers and partners during the implementation and deployment of solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and provide ongoing support and recommendations to help them optimize their usage of our products.
• Work closely with implementation and technology partners to assist them in building out-of-the-box integrations with Gorilla.
• Work with our pre-sales team to build integrated demos tailored to our prospects’ requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and provide thought leadership on solution design.
• Drive customer engagement and adoption by conducting training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
