Efficy is now looking for a System Engineer to maintain our management, performance, troubleshooting of servers and database contribute to our growth. The job is based in our Brussels’s HQ.

Mission

All your Efficy colleagues and customers rely on the stable operation of the Efficy Cloud and systems. This is a big responsibility that you take on every day. You will report to the Head of Cloud.

• Maintenance of complete Windows servers in our Cloud environment
• Maintenance of Backups
• Solving of day-to-day issues and requests
• Database administration
• Daily tasks organization, migration planning and follow-up

Profile

Because you and your colleagues are the backbone of the infrastructure, we are looking for the following skills:

• You have a Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent by experience
• You ideally have a professional experience in a similar position : system administrator, junior system engineer, junior Cloud Engineer
• Windows environment administration 
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server 2016 + administration, troubleshooting & performance twining
• Security Awareness & technology watch
• Knowledge Ubuntu 18.04+ is 
• Fluent in English.  Professional proficiency in French is a plus.

In addition, the following items are considered as a serious added value for this position:

• Powershell/bash-scripting
• 2012r2+ IIS management
• Knowledge of Postgresql + administration, troubleshooting & performance twining
