Your mission
As the Technical Success Team Lead, you will play a critical role in leading and growing our Technical Success team to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of our product by our valued customers. You will be responsible for driving technical success, enhancing team performance, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.
What you’ll be doing
  • Leading / Growing the Technical Success Team
  • Defining requirements / roadmap for Hybrid Pentest programs, ensuring the test environment is prepared for the hacker’s engagement.
  • Responsible for ensuing Technical Success Playbooks are created / updated and implemented to provide consistency and scalable client experience
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Technical Success Knowledge base to streamline customer/researcher support queries as applicable
  • Driving Initiatives to improve our client’s security posture
  • Ensure effective Technical Success team collaboration with with Success Managers to ensure accurate and detailed information is included in Bug Bounty programs, while verifying the program scope.
  • Communicate Root cause analysis of technical challenges back to Sales Team to ensure consistent messaging and delivery to client expectations
  • Contribute to shaping and enhancing the platform to support continuous growth.
  • Assist in organizing and managing Live Hacking Events, including setup and logistics.
  • Provide senior technical support when required in customer calls where required to support TSM /CSM or Sales team
What you’ll bring
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in computer security.
  • Strong drive to improve, build, and scale a young product.
  • Fluent in English (proficiency in French, Dutch, or German is a plus).
  • Demonstrated technology skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, with the ability to balance customer needs and business priorities effectively.
  • Effective communicator with consultative and credible approach, possessing the necessary technical and domain expertise.
  • Keen attention to detail in all aspects of work.
