The Position

LIZY is looking for a Head of Growth based in Brussels or Paris to join our team.

• You’ll get the entrepreneurial challenge of a lifetime while being able to start with a proven business model and guaranteed funding.

• You will lead our international go-to-market in multiple European countries.

• You’ll be responsible for all things marketing: paid acquisition, brand, SEO, conversion rate optimization, …

• You’ll build your talent-dense team of A-players.

‍ ‍♂️About you

• We’re looking for someone with a very strong work ethic who is insanely curious and has excellent analytical skills. These are the most important traits that will determine your success. If you’re confident you have these, feel free to apply even if you don’t have any marketing experience. 

• Experience: You have 5+ years of experience as a top performer with a clear track record of excellence. Experience in high-growth start/scale-ups and/or top tier consulting is a plus.

• Work ethic: people describe you as hardcore because you do everything you need to get the job done. 

• Curiosity: you’re insanely curious and love learning new things. You thrive when solving complex problems.

• Analytical skills: you’re able to quickly process large and complex amounts of information and draw well-reasoned conclusions. 

• Entrepreneurial: You love building companies, solving complex problems and thrive in a fast-growing environment. 

• Team leadership: You thrive in developing talented team members and helping them continuously improve and meet ambitious goals.

• Fluent in English. French is a strong plus.
