We’re excitingly looking for a Head of Customer Experience, a role we hold in very high regard. We are looking for a very ambitious professional with a diverse skill set who wants to make waves and own a broad set of responsibilities.

Reporting directly to the COO, you will have full support from the exco to bring your vision into reality.

  • Coach & build out your team of European A players, including a delivery team and aftercare team (5 people in Belgium, 1 person in France)

  • Leverage learnings & best practices from Belgium to new markets, starting with France, more to follow.

  • Reinforce our culture of creating delightful experiences day-in day-out and course correct where we didn’t meet our bar.

  • Define northstar metrics, measure them and obsess about them

  • Own stakeholder management with our core partners (suppliers, delivery teams, insurance partners, …)

  • Embrace the exciting wave of various new technologies to create efficient & empowered teams

  • Identify opportunities to serve our customers better, and push these on the strategic agenda of your own or other teams

Preferred experience

‍ ‍♂️About you

You’re the ideal candidate if you bring:

  • Experience: You have 5+ years of experience as a top performer in a Customer Operations type of role of a high growth scale-up. Also candidates with 5+ years of experience in high-end hospitality management and top-tier strategy consultants with a passion for customer excellence are encouraged to apply.

  • Principle driven: You have strong principles on how customer excellence looks like and you’ve built a toolset to instill them at scale.

  • Strong communicator: You can express yourself very clearly, eloquently and customer-friendly in written and verbal communication.

  • Growth Mindset: You’re always keen to learn new things, share your knowledge, adapt to change, and learn from past experiences.

  • Work ethic: you have a strong professional pride in your work and ensure you always deliver, no matter what.

  • Strategic, structured and rigorous: You have the ability to develop a clear strategy and priorities and ensure high-quality execution to meet your objectives.

  • Getting things done: You have a sense of hunger & restlessness that allow you to move fast

  • Fluent in English and preferably both Dutch & French
