Be-Mobile, headquartered in Ghent, pioneers in Smart Mobility Solutions on an international level. We offer advanced solutions to measure and manage the traffic flows in order to put travelers, cities, road authorities, parking operators and logistics companies all around the world in control of their mobility processes.

To strengthen our team, Be-Mobile is looking for a customer success who is interested in working in a cutting-edge, socially engaged environment.

As a Customer Success, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in every step of our service delivery process.

  • Onboard new customers by documenting the scope of the service internally and informing the customer about the Customer Portal.
  • Implement a successful service delivery approach, resulting in SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow-up of software implementation requests with devops team and customers to ensure that their needs have been met
  • Onboard new customers by documenting the scope of the service internally and informing the customer about the Customer Portal.
  • Monitor and report on all services delivered against SLA’s (KPI based), and moderate the service delivery meetings
  • Strive to optimize the financial profitability of your assigned contracts

Job requirements

The must-haves we are looking for are:

  • IT background or proven interest in technologies and software development
  • Able to document problem and solution in a clear and understandable way
  • Experience in a software support role and ambition to grow into service delivery
  • Experience in the development of successful service contracts plans, growth targets and service strategies
  • Experienced in use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Knowledge of JIRA is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a strong plus.
