Your impact

You will be responsible for managing technical implementation projects for our customers including business process mapping, needs analysis, configuration workshops and end user trainings. Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for leading and managing the deliverables of the CRM & Digital Marketing solution to our customers (small to mid-sized projects)
  • Scope the expectations of the customer and focus on the standard features of our CRM & Marketing platform
  • With a project plan, coordinate and facilitate all activities and stakeholders of the project in an efficient, communicative and smooth manner.
  • Translate business requirements (incl. business process mapping) into functional design and technical specifications
  • Identify solutions in our application based on the customers complex business process, issues and needs
  • Acts as a constant bridge of the customers elaborated needs and the technical possibilities and limitations in the platform
  • Maintain a full overview of profitability of the project, but also identify potential future next steps

 About You

  • Proven experience as a Technical Consultant, CRM Implementation Consultant, Project Manager or similar role, with at least 3 years of related experience
  • Analytic skills/ background in functional analysis required
  • Experience of analysing, structuring & migrating data from and to different platforms
  • Hungry to contribute to your clients’ aspirations
  • Ability to lead several projects at once that have a common goal
  • Flexible approach, willing to wear multiple hats if needed
  • A track record of delivering successful change projects/programs from start to finish as a consultant
  • Good Leadership skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Great communication/presentation skills to groups or individual
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian & English (professional level), additional Nordic languages are a plus
