We are building the most user friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) on the market that automates administrative processes and optimizes planning. To achieve our mission and support our growth, we’re looking for an additional colleague to join our support and onboarding team.
As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process for new customers in Belgium and the Netherlands. This dynamic position offers the flexibility to work remotely from home (and, of course, you’re always welcome to work from our Ghent office), while also requiring frequent travel across both countries to personally visit customers.
In this role, you’ll…
✅ Be in close contact with our customers to understand their existing workflows and their needs and where Qargo can contribute and optimize.
✅ Guide our customers through the onboarding process and make sure that they experience a smooth implementation of our software.
✅ Be the first point of contact when our client needs support and you’ll check in with them regularly.
✅ Continually improve our solutions guide and knowledge base.
✅ Document all your findings in a detailed and structured way and communicate them with the other teams.
✅ Assist in the pre-sales phase by analyzing potential client’s needs and providing technical support to our business development team during demos.
✅ Work closely with the other departments at Qargo like engineering, sales and product.
✅ Fueled by your experience in the (road) transport industry, ideally in an operational role (eg transport planner), you’ve developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry and its needs.
✅ You are a true self-starter who takes initiative and doesn’t view any task too big or too small.
✅ You are able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences alike, you are humble when sharing ideas with everyone on the team.
✅ You are customer obsessed and you always strive for the best customer experience.
✅ You are proactive, well organized and punctual. Your flexibility fits great with our fast paced start-up mentality.
✅ You are fluent in Dutch, English. Fluency in French earns you bonus points.
