With our software, we take our fantastic customers to the next level when it comes to getting their entire food & beverage management under control. We are indispensable in helping to pass orders, create inventory, calculate food costs, display allergens and so on!    Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Chief Success Officer (CSO) who can build a positive customer experience for our 400+ customers, build relationships and brand loyalty. You will report directly to the CEO and be part of the management team.  

As Customer Success Director, you will manage the customer success team (both in Belgium and abroad) You ensure that the KPIs and OKRs of your team and department are achieved As management, you are responsible for developing an Ideal Customer Profile-centric vision within our organization Working out the strategic plan for a positive customer experience and the subsequent implementation is in your hands You define and optimize the customer lifecycle and customer journey Together with your team, you drive up-sell and cross-sell, and minimize churn You build relationships with customers and have an insatiable hunger to understand them Who you are A born people manager, you know it’s all about people: both in your team and with customers You listen to feedback from the existing world-class team and know where to push for more efficiency according to the Apicbase Vision and its ICP As CSD, you are empathetic and can apply short/mid/long-term change management Developing vision, thinking strategically and writing down those thoughts in a plan – that’s your dada You are analytically strong and can clearly formulate conclusions and recommendations A natural interest in innovative products is in your blood and you believe in technology Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role is a must You connect easily and communicate as if your life depended on it You think creatively and out-of-the-box to solve problems You speak fluent English – Dutch and/or French is a plus
