Your mission
We are seeking a highly motivated and inspiring Customer Support Enablement Specialist to join Intigriti’s Revenue Enablement Team as we continue to grow. You will play a pivotal role in contributing to the growth and success of Customer Success team, ultimately having an impact on our customers experience and satisfaction. You will be responsible for building and managing end-to-end CS programs and initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
  • Deliver, manage, and scale the initial onboarding for new Customer Success Teams.
  • Collaborate with the CS leadership team to define and prioritise enablement needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate frequently with the Operations Manager to roll out new processes to the wider CS team.
  • Collaborate with the wider enablement team to align on processes and structures (Kick Offs, QBRs, Deal Reviews, etc.), providing the best experience to the entire GTM org.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes for CS team members to enhance their product knowledge, customer engagement skills, and overall effectiveness.
  • Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including training modules, videos, presentations, and job aids.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and webinars for new and existing CS team members.
  • Assess the effectiveness of enablement programmes through feedback, metrics, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content and facilitate learning sessions.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and proactively address them through targeted enablement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of training resources, including documentation, FAQs, and best practices.
  • Maintain the assets and audit regularly to ensure teams are adopting and applying the latest.
  • Work with the wider enablement team to develop certification programmes.
  • Collaborate with ops to develop and implement plans for tool adoption to drive success and ensure teams achieve targets.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in customer success and enablement.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience working in a Customer Success role, demonstrating an understanding of the customer journey.
  • Demonstrates effective decision-making and problem-solving skills when brought in to partner on solutions.
  • Understanding of basic analysis motions when taking on an enablement program.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and influence others to drive successful outcomes while effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex problems, recommend solutions, and present them to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage projects from concept to completion and facilitate meetings.
  • Experience working at a hyper-growth SaaS company is a plus.
