About the role
At Unbox, we seek an experienced Customer Success Executive who will guide clients through the after-sales phase, by being a reliable and knowledgeable partner for customers. As a Customer Success Executive, you will support the adoption, retention, and growth of our customer base. The ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships.
What you’ll do
  • You will help in setting up and continuously monitoring customer satisfaction, by applying certain metrics.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update customer documentation
  • Analyze trends in CSAT and NPS scores to identify areas for improvement
  • Thoroughly understand and support each customer’s virtual care strategy and potential commercial roadmap
  • Identify opportunities for growth by relaying information back to the internal product and sales teams
  • Be the customer’s first point of contact. You are their advocate and champion
  • Identify and resolve challenges related to product adoption by customers and work directly with our product team on continuous improvement
About you
  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer success executive or similar role in B2B SaaS scaleup
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
  • Strong analytical, process-oriented, and problem-solving skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit who is looking to have an impact on the overall success of the company
  • Expert in building relationships and stakeholder management
  • Flexibility on working with customers and team members in different timezones
  • Highly adaptable and quick to learn new information
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
