Customer Success Manager @ Bizzy in Ghent

As a Customer Success Manager at Bizzy, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients receive exceptional value from our platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth and successful introduction to Bizzy’s platform and services.
  • Account Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with our clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand their business needs and proactively provide solutions to help them achieve their sales objectives.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients, helping them maximize their use of Bizzy’s tools and features. Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with our technical teams to resolve any challenges.
  • Product Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer within Bizzy, gathering feedback and insights to help shape product improvements and enhancements.
  • Renewal and Upsell: Monitor client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling and ensuring high customer retention rates.


To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

  • Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a dedication to ensuring client success.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. You can convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • An Eye for Sales: You are good at identifying upsell opportunities
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in customer success or account management roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Languages: You’re fluent in English and Dutch
