As a US Customer Success Manager, you will ensure the success and satisfaction of our US customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing support, training, and guidance to help them achieve their goals and maximize their use of our products and services.
You must be flexible to work during US working hours, providing support to your customer portfolio and driving customer satisfaction, renewals, and expansions.
