What will you be doing?

  • Lead and coach our CS team, providing them with guidance and direction to ensure the highest customer standards are met.
  • Work in a collaborative leadership style, fostering communication and building cross-team relationships
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to reduce customer churn and constantly grow the net recurring revenue.
  • Analyze customer feedback regularly to track satisfaction and adjust processes as needed.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with customers and ensure customer success teams are helping to drive product adoption with the help of training, marketing and overall customer experience.
  • Inspiring and coaching the CS team to deeply understand Cheqroom’s customers’ objectives
  • Work closely with our VP of Revenue in order to coordinate and continuously improve the Customer Success strategy.

Job requirements

Are you the one?

  • You have 3+ years of people management experience, and you have already recruited people for your own team.
  • You have 5-7 years of experience within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Demonstrate operational excellence when it comes to problem-solving, analytical thinking, process development, delegation, and strategic planning
  • Proven experience with team performance reporting creation and communication to team members and other company stakeholders as required
  • Passionate about building a culture of ownership, growth, and continuous curiosity. Your presence inspires and motivates your peers and your team.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with peers who challenge you to grow
  • An entrepreneurial and ‘get-things-done’ mindset focused on delivering results
  • Ideally, you have an understanding and experience with the implementation of SaaS Customer Success Tools (Totango, Gainsight, Vitally)
