About the role
Unbox is seeking a creative, energetic and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to elevate our brand, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth. You have a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, you know how to drive brand visibility, and you understand the role of performance marketing to grow revenue. Next to that you are curious and you have a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS industry landscape.
What you’ll do
Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with business objectives and revenue goals
  • Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through targeted campaigns
  • Lead and inspire marketing, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence

Demand Generation:

  • Implement and optimize demand generation programs to drive inbound leads and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing efforts support lead conversion and revenue targets

Content Marketing:

  • Oversee the creation of compelling and impactful content that resonates with our target audience
  • Develop a content strategy to drive thought leadership and engagement in the industry

Digital Marketing:

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to enhance our online presence
  • Analyze and leverage data to optimize digital campaigns for maximum impact

Events and Partnerships:

  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and conferences to strengthen our presence in the industry
  • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to expand our reach and influence
About you
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
