The role

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven, and highly motivated Head of Partnerships to generate business and build lasting relationships with our Smart Capex partners. You will report directly to the CCO and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations. 

More concretely, you will:

  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management

  • Develop and sustain solid and trusting relationships with key partners to drive revenue through the partner ecosystem

  • Develop a thorough understanding of key partners’ needs and requirements to continuously propose solutions that meet their objectives

  • Collaborate with the commercial, product, and operations departments to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships

  • Perform quarterly partner reviews of established goals

  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships

Requirements

Your must-haves

Ideally, you:

  •  have 4-5 years of experience in a strategy consulting company. A focus on the telecom industry is a plus.

  • Are a strong team player; proactive and energetic.

  • Have excellent relationship management and communication skills. You are fluent in English. Arabic, French and/or Portuguese are a plus.

  • Are able to influence C-level executives.

  • Have excellent organisational skills and ability in problem-solving and negotiation

  • Have a keen interest in analytics and big data solutions.
