About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Talent. This is a leadership position within Unbox responsible to manage talent retention, growth and acquisition, as well as all other human resources functions.
This role is crucial to enable and support the growth of Unbox.
What you’ll do
You will have following key responsibilities :

  • Talent Acquisition: Leading the recruitment and hiring process to identify and bring in top talent. This involves developing recruitment strategies and ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process
  • Human Resources Management: Overseeing various HR functions, such as payroll, performance management and employee engagement. This involves creating and implementing policies that foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with Unbox its senior leadership to align talent management strategies with overall business objectives
  • Employee Development: Designing and implementing programs for employee training and development. This may involve identifying skill gaps, creating learning opportunities, and supporting career growth within the organization
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that values and leverages the unique perspectives and experiences of all employees
  • Employer Branding: Building and promoting the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice. This includes managing the employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and fostering a strong organizational culture

The Head of Talent is a strategic role within Unbox that requires a combination of leadership skills, human resources expertise, and a deep understanding of the organization’s goals and values. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate and adapt to a dynamic business environment are crucial for success in this role.

About you
  • Over 7 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies
  • Ability to provide strategic direction and guidance to the talent acquisition challenges
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Including presentation and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to articulate the organization’s employer brand and value proposition to potential candidates
  • A strategic mindset to align talent acquisition efforts with overall business goals
  • Ability to create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Familiarity with cultural nuances and challenges in talent acquisition across different regions
  • Understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance issues related to talent acquisition
  • Strong networking skills to build relationships with external partners, industry professionals, and potential candidates
  • Ability to represent the organization at events and forums
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a significant plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
