Internship marketing @ Hello Customer in Gent

We gather all their customer feedback across platforms, run it through our AI language engine, and show them where to take action to be a market leader.

What will you learn/do during this internship?

• Perform research on CX and other topics
• Create content in different formats (blogs, e-books, video, mails) and languages
• Work together with the content & digital marketer to provide the right content for different campaigns & social media
• Event management 
• Work with several tools: Adobe Suite, CRM, social media, …

Is this internship program for you?

• You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student (communication/journalism/marketing/…)
• You are looking for a challenging internship in a fast-growing scale-up company (for at least 2 months)
• You speak fluent English and Dutch or French
• Knowledge of Photoshop/Indesign is a plus
• You share our entrepreneurial and go-getter attitude
