Context

As a CRM consultant, you are responsible for advising and implementing CRM at new customers. Every day, new customers start implementing our CRM system and you are happy to help them and engage them in conversation. Through online coaching, you advise customers on implementation and support them in creating the best configuration to use. It is important to listen carefully to what the customer wants and to be able to translate this into actions. On the one hand, you are an advisor on CRM and on the other, you are behind the buttons to set everything up for the customer. The system is very user-friendly and you certainly don’t need any programming skills.

Your Mission

• Having one-to-one meetings to give advice, using a proven approach, on how to use the CRM system. Which modules are being used? What requirements does the customer have and how can these be translated into a concrete set-up

• You act as a coaching consultant, think along with the customer and ensure that all activities required for implementation are carried out as agreed

• You interact with various parties (internal and external) on projects

• You monitor the project agreements and communicate about them with the client

• You provide webinars / training to our clients

Your Profile

• We are looking for someone who has a passion for helping customers move forward. Affinity with CRM or keen to develop in it. 
• You are intrinsically motivated and want to achieve success together with your team
• Customer oriented and dedicated
• You have an affinity for software
• You have an analytical and systematic way of working
• You have a first experience as a coach or a consultant
• You can multitask, work well independently and want to work in a dynamic environment 
• Very good command of the Dutch and English (company language) spoken and written is a requirement
