Machine learning and natural language processing are at the core of our technical innovation. Our team of NLP engineers and researchers has strong ties with the University of Ghent and Cambridge and develops cutting-edge NLP methods that become the driving force of innovation in HR. To bring our technology to the next level, we are looking for a strong NLP Engineer to join the team.

Your impact

In this position, you will be responsible for

• applying state-of-the-art NLP methods to various HR-related tasks and data

• communicating with the Product team and other stakeholders to translate functional requirements into a sound modelling approach

• optimising, deploying and monitoring models in production

We’re looking for someone who

• has strong software engineering skills in Python and has a good understanding of deep learning techniques

• has experience with common ML and NLP tools (scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, …)

• likes to work in a rapidly changing environment using state-of-the-art tools and technologies

• is excited to be part of a passionate team of Software Engineers

• Maybe already has a working knowledge of HuggingFace

• has a background in computational linguistics

• (this is a plus!) has experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS, …)
